Every mala is handled individually, so we would rather describe our process honestly than quote timelines and rates that don't hold for every order.
Shipping
Rates and timelines are shown at checkout
Because shipping cost and speed depend on your location and the item ordered, the exact rate and estimated delivery window are calculated and shown to you at checkout, before you pay.
Each mala and chanting tool is finished and packaged individually, which means handling time can vary slightly from item to item.
Items are packaged carefully, with materials chosen to protect knots, beads, and pendants in transit.
Handmade variation
No two malas are identical
Because these are handmade from natural materials, expect small, natural variation in bead size, colour, grain, and knotting from what is pictured. This is a feature of handwork, not a flaw.
Returns

If something has arrived damaged, isn't right, or you'd simply like to return an order, please reach out through the contact page and we will work out the right next step for your situation.
We don't yet have a single fixed policy that fits every material and item we carry, so returns are currently handled case by case rather than automatically.
Restringing
Malas can be restrung
Cord and knots wear before beads do. If a mala from us needs restringing, contact the studio and we will let you know how we can help.
